Where your event lands in the range depends on role mix, market, event size, and lead time. Leadership roles bill above the standard range and are scoped per engagement. Every quote includes recruiting, training, uniforms, briefing, captain oversight, bench backfill, and a written shift report. No hidden fees: the price is stated in writing before the work begins.

Fair Questions

Rate Questions, Straight Answers

How much does event staffing cost per hour?

Standard trained event roles - servers, bartenders, barbacks, runners, bussers, and setup crews - bill in the $20 to $30 per hour range depending on role, market, event size, and timing. Our team members earn $15 to $22 an hour - above typical local hotel rates, which is why they show up and stay. Captains, floor supervisors, and senior leadership bill higher and are quoted per engagement.

Why is there a range instead of one number?

Role mix, market, event size, and how much lead time we have all move the number. A Tuesday corporate lunch in Greenville and a Saturday gala in Atlanta are different jobs. You get an exact quote in writing before anything is booked.

What is included in the rate?

Recruiting, training, professional TWF uniforms, pre-shift briefing, an on-site captain on every full team, backfill from our bench when someone drops, and a written shift report your managers sign off on.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Your quote states the full price before the work begins. If the scope changes, the price change is agreed in writing first.
