How We Work With You

Clear pricing. No surprises.

We offer three engagement models based on your property's needs. Every model includes trained staff, on-site leadership, and performance accountability.

Our rates are negotiated for each market we serve, not set from one national card. In every market we start from what a trained hospitality professional earns locally and price to that market's cost of living, its local economic conditions and what is competitive there, then adjust for your volume and the length of the agreement. Steadier volume and longer commitments earn a better rate. Rates are all-inclusive, with a four-hour minimum, and cover recruiting, training, uniforms, briefing, captain oversight, bench backfill, insurance and the written shift report. Supervisors and specialist roles are quoted per engagement. Every quote is itemized and in writing before anything is booked, and the number you are quoted is the number you pay, plus any gratuity you choose to give.

Per-Engagement (one-off)

Single events, seasonal peaks, emergency coverage

Best for

Single events, seasonal peaks, emergency coverage

What's included
✓ Trained team members
✓ A captain leading every deployment
✓ Uniform and equipment
✓ Post-event performance report
Pricing

Your market's per-engagement hourly rate (varies by role). Every booking carries a 50% deposit: refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours before call time, forfeited inside 72 hours. Inside 24 hours the full booking is billed at card rates for the booked hours (4-hour minimum), and headcount reductions inside 72 hours are billed as booked.

Minimum

4-hour minimum per team member

Emergency

Inside 48 hours of call time, a rapid deployment fee: the greater of $150 or 25% of the booked staffing, 40% inside 24 hours, a custom quote for 9 or more people. How it works

✓ Your market's contracted rate, below the per-engagement rate
✓ Weekly performance reports
✓ Quarterly alignment reviews
✓ A captain on site with each deployment and quarterly integrated training, included unless you opt out
Pricing

Your market's contracted rate on a one-year agreement. A two-year agreement takes $0.50 an hour off every line, an exclusive agreement another $0.50, and they stack.

Minimum

No hours minimum. Agreement rates hold while you book with us: if a full quarter passes without a booking, the next one bills at per-engagement rates, then your agreement rates pick up again. Two-year and exclusive rates assume the volume you tell us; a quarter under half that volume bills at the one-year rate.

Emergency

Never a rapid deployment fee. Requests inside three days are confirmed or declined within four hours where the local bench allows. 90-minute deployment within 45 minutes of Greenville, NC.

The Crew Calculator

Size your team and see the math

Pick your market and client type. The card suggests a team from your guest count, prices it at your market's current rates, and checks your date against the 48-hour rapid window.

  • Contracted clients / businesses: your market's contracted rate, billed per your agreement, never a rapid deployment fee.
  • Per-engagement (one-off): your market's per-engagement rate and a 50% deposit, plus the rapid deployment fee inside 48 hours of call time.
  • A captain leads every team and is in the estimate, unless a contracted client opts out.

Build the full estimate for the itemized breakdown, then turn it into a draft agreement. Your written quote confirms the rates within 2 hours.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about our pricing and engagement models

Not for a single event. Per-engagement (one-off) bookings carry no term. Contracted rates come with a one-year agreement and no hours minimum; a two-year or exclusive agreement takes the rate lower. Agreement rates hold while you book with us: if a full quarter passes without a booking, the next one bills at per-engagement rates, then your agreement rates pick up again. Two-year and exclusive rates assume the volume you tell us; a quarter under half that volume bills at the one-year rate. Full Outsource has a 3-month initial term.
Rates vary by position complexity and by market. Kitchen and captain roles are priced higher than general service roles. Starting rates for every Southeast market are on our rates page, and we provide a written market rate proposal during your consultation.
No. You receive a single weekly invoice with hours, roles, and rates itemized. The rapid deployment fee is published: per-engagement bookings inside 48 hours of call time pay the greater of $150 or 25% of the booked staffing, 40% inside 24 hours, or a custom quote for 9 or more people, and contracted clients never pay it. Overtime past 40 hours in our workweek and the ten published holidays bill at 1.5x the card rate, and both are stated below. Rates are fixed for the term; only changes in statutory employer costs pass through, at cost, on 30 days' written notice with the calculation shown. Any weekend premium is set in your market agreement and appears on the quote before we dispatch.
Every one-off booking carries a 50% deposit. Cancel more than 72 hours before call time and the deposit comes back. Inside 72 hours it is forfeited. Inside 24 hours the full booking is billed at the card rates for the booked hours, with the 4-hour minimum. Headcount reductions inside 72 hours are billed as booked. Contracted clients are different: a cancellation inside 24 hours bills at the 4-hour minimum.
Hours a worker goes past 40 in our workweek bill at 1.5x the card rate for that role, on every card. The worker is paid 1.5x, as the law requires.
Yes. Ten published days bill at 1.5x the card rate, and the staff are paid 1.5x: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. The list is the same on every card, and the calculator applies the holiday rate when your event date is on it.
Yes, and it is the norm in staffing. A conversion fee applies: $2,500 or 15% of the person's first-year compensation, whichever is greater. It is waived once they have worked 400 hours for you through TWF, and it applies to any hire within 12 months of their last TWF shift for you. The terms are the same on one-off bookings and on agreements.
Gratuity is not included in our rates, and we never add one unless you ask us to. On weddings and other one-off events it is entirely your choice. Customary guidance is 15 to 20 percent of the staffing total, given after the event on the final invoice or in cash. Every dollar goes to the servers, bartenders and crew who worked your event, through payroll, and it never reduces your invoice. Contracted rates are all-inclusive, with no gratuity line. If you want a fixed amount settled before the event, we add a staff service charge to your quote instead: it is paid to your staff as wages, and our payroll costs on it are shown as a separate line.
Yes. You can scale up from Per-Engagement to Contracted or Full Outsource as your needs grow. We'll work with you to transition smoothly without service disruption.
