Where TWF staffs you, what you book, what comes included, what TWF asks of its partners, how the crew dresses, how the certificate of insurance is issued, and the Schedule A elections. Publicity and operating elections default to no: silence is a decline. The captain and quarterly training are included unless you opt out.

The first is the first engagement's venue. Add as many as you book.

Partner accommodations

What TWF asks of its partners while TWF is on site. If one does not work for you, choose that and add a note if you like; a person at TWF reads it before approval. Your answers are recorded in the draft.

Either way, staff arriving out of standard are not billed and TWF sends a replacement.

Certificate of insurance (Schedule A-2, Exhibit B)

TWF's producer issues the certificate ahead of the first shift. Naming is subject to carrier confirmation.

Schedule A-1: publicity and brand use

If nothing is elected, TWF will not name, photograph, or reference you anywhere, publicly or privately. Any election can be withdrawn on written notice.

Schedule A-2: operating elections

Optional either way. No charge either way.

What we collect: the entity and contact details Schedule A-3 needs, and nothing else. No tax IDs, no bank or card details; deposits and fees are settled after approval by invoice or payment link. Your answers go to TWF's team for review only and are never sent to anyone else by this tool. Unapproved drafts expire after 30 days. To have your details deleted, call 770-873-9004.

Before you send it

What every agreement carries

The same terms the builder writes into your draft, in plain words. Rates are negotiated per market, and your approved agreement confirms them.

The ladder, in dollars

Per-engagement (one-off): your market's per-engagement rate.
One-year agreement: your market's contracted rate, 3 days' notice.
Two-year agreement: $0.50 an hour less on every line, 2 days' notice.
Exclusive one-year: $0.50 an hour less, 2 days' notice.
Exclusive two-year: $1.00 an hour less, 1 day's notice.

Never below our market floor. Inside your notice window we confirm or decline within four hours where the local bench allows.

No hours minimum. Agreement rates hold while you book with us: if a full quarter passes without a booking, the next one bills at per-engagement rates, then your agreement rates pick up again. Two-year and exclusive rates assume the volume you tell us; a quarter under half that volume bills at the one-year rate.

What we ask of our partners

At hotel venues, your team-member (employee) room rate for lodging for up to two TWF executives supervising a shift.
Meeting space and/or a private workspace on site, at no cost, while we are there.

If one does not work for you, say so in step 3. A person at TWF reads it before approval.

Your vendor packet

Our W-9 and certificate of insurance come with your approved agreement, so your accounts payable team can set us up as a vendor before the first invoice.
