It means a team member has completed structured onboarding, passed background screening, demonstrated consistent performance ratings, and meets our professional standards for appearance, reliability, and service delivery. Only Gold Shield Certified team members are deployed to client properties.
Every TWF team member is a W-2 employee of The Wilkinson Firm. We handle all employment compliance so your property carries zero co-employment risk.
All federal, state, and local payroll taxes handled. W-2 documentation provided to all team members annually.
Full coverage for all deployed team members. Injury claims managed by TWF. Your property has zero liability.
Criminal background checks on every hire. No team member deployed without clearance. Documentation available on request.
Work authorization verified for every team member. All documentation maintained and auditable. Full compliance with immigration law.
