Getting Started

For contract clients, we deploy within 24 hours for standard requests. Emergency staffing is available within 60-90 minutes for same-day needs. New client onboarding typically takes 3-5 business days to assess your property, match the right team, and brief our captains on your standards.

We are actively deploying in Greenville, NC and the surrounding region. We are expanding into additional Southeast markets. Contact us to discuss coverage for your property.

There is no long-term contract required. We offer per-event, weekly, and ongoing staffing arrangements. Most clients start with a single event or trial week before moving to a recurring deployment schedule.

How It Works

No. Our captains manage the floor, the lineup, and the team. You communicate your standards and expectations to us, and we translate that into execution. You manage your property. We manage our people.

Every team member is rated after every shift. If someone falls below standard, they are either retrained or replaced. You will never see the same underperformance twice. Our captains address issues in real time, not after the fact.

Yes. If a team member has worked your property before and performed well, you can request them by name. We prioritize continuity — the same faces build familiarity with your operation.

We require 24-hour notice for standard cancellations at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a partial deployment fee. Changes to headcount or timing can usually be accommodated with 12 hours notice.

Quality & Standards

Every team member goes through a structured onboarding process: background check, skills assessment, uniform inspection, and a pre-qualification evaluation we call Gold Shield screening. Only candidates who meet our standard are deployed.

Captain School is our internal leadership development program. Captains are experienced team members who have completed a three-phase training program covering on-site leadership, event management, and client communication. They are the people who run your shift.

Gold Shield Certified is our quality standard. It means a team member has passed our screening, completed training, maintained a consistent performance rating, and demonstrated the professionalism and reliability our clients expect.

Pricing & Billing

We bill per staff member per hour, with rates varying by role and deployment type. Contract clients receive preferred rates. Emergency and same-day deployments carry a $500 rapid response fee for non-contract clients. Contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. Our team members are W-2 employees of The Wilkinson Firm. We handle all payroll, tax withholding, workers compensation, and employment compliance. You receive a single invoice from us.
