The Wilkinson Firm started as an HR consultancy. When hospitality clients asked us to solve their staffing problems, we did not just send bodies. We built a system.
The Wilkinson Firm was founded as an HR consultancy serving health and human services organizations. When a hospitality client asked if we could help solve their chronic staffing problems, we said yes - but we refused to do it the way everyone else was doing it.
Most staffing agencies send warm bodies and hope for the best. We applied the same rigor we brought to HR: structured onboarding, performance accountability, training systems, compliance frameworks, and real leadership on the floor.
That approach became TWF Hospitality. Today, we deploy trained teams to hotels, convention centers, and event venues across the Southeast. Every team member is rated after every shift. Every captain graduates from our internal leadership program. Every deployment is managed, not just staffed.

Career sales and business development executive who started a commercial staffing unit from a clean sheet and has sold workforce software into multi-unit restaurant groups. Chairs TWF's weekly revenue and business development meeting and carries the DMV and Northern Virginia hospitality territory.
A Greenville native whose family owned five restaurants downtown. Brings hospitality instincts and legal precision to every contract, compliance framework, and client relationship TWF builds.
Leads people strategy across the firm: recruiting, onboarding, and the employee-relations systems behind every person on the TWF roster. When a team member raises a concern, it comes to her.
Regional leadership
The operational backbone. Owns uniform accountability, on-site quality checks, captain performance reviews, and standards enforcement. She protects the brand at every deployment.
