The Advancement Ladder
We do not hire leadership off the street. We build it through Captain School: a three-track development system combining online coursework, quarterly in-person training, and three-phase live event mentorship. Every advancement is scored, documented, and earned.
Three mentorship phases: Shadow, Assisted Lead, Independent Lead. Evaluated on a 50-point graduation rubric.
Scored, not subjective: Zone control, coaching delivery, binder accuracy, escalation judgment, and guest awareness. Each graded /10.
35 points minimum to graduate as a Certified Floor Captain. Below 25 returns to in-person training with specific gap areas identified.
Why it matters to clients: The captain running your event earned that position through documented performance, not seniority or availability.
