  2. Send itA request for one event, or a draft agreement.
  3. Get it in writingA person reviews it and sends your itemized quote.

Getting Started

How quickly can you deploy staff to my property?

Standard requests are built around your timeline in every market. A person answers first; the response times are in the request box below.

  • One-off bookings inside 48 hours of call time carry the published rapid deployment fee.
  • Ninety-minute emergency staffing: contracted clients within 45 minutes of Greenville, NC today, rolling out to other markets as we grow.
  • A new agreement is reviewed within one business day of your draft, three for an exclusive agreement.
  • Once signed, book on your tier's notice: three business days on a one-year agreement, two on a two-year or exclusive one-year, one on an exclusive two-year.
  • Before the first shift we learn your property, brief the captain on your standards, and confirm crew and captain names 24 hours before call time.
What areas do you currently serve?

The markets below, each with local staff, and the Washington, DC metro (DMV), our newest market, where a person quotes every event. Contact us to discuss coverage for your property.

  • Greenville, NC
  • Raleigh, NC
  • Charlotte, NC
  • Charleston, SC
  • Columbia, SC
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Savannah, GA
What is the minimum staffing commitment?

None for a single event: a per-engagement booking carries no term. Ongoing clients sign a one-year or two-year agreement, with no monthly hours commitment.

  • Every shift bills at least four hours per person, on every tier.
  • Weddings, galas, fundraisers, estate and private dinners booked one-off bill at least five, in the Premium Social class.
  • The first 90 days of an agreement are a proving period you can end on 14 days notice.

How It Works

Do I manage your staff directly?

No. You manage your property; we manage our people.

  • Our captains run the floor, the lineup and the team.
  • You tell us your standards, and we turn them into execution.
What happens if a team member underperforms?

Every team member is rated after every shift, and anyone below standard is retrained or replaced. You will never see the same underperformance twice.

  • Captains address issues in real time, not after the fact.
What if a position goes unfilled?

Every position filled is the standard, and a position we do not fill is never billed.

  • Ready in Reserve: we line up more trained people than your headcount and never bill you for them.
  • Agreements carry a 90 percent monthly floor on confirmed positions, with Make-It-Right below it.
Can I request specific team members?

Yes. Anyone who has worked your property well can be requested by name.

  • We prioritize continuity: the same faces learn your operation.
What if I need to cancel or change a staffing request?

Put any change in writing and we confirm it in writing.

  • One-off: the 50% deposit comes back if you cancel more than 72 hours before call time, and is forfeited inside 72 hours.
  • Inside 24 hours, the full booking bills at card rates for the booked hours, 4-hour minimum.
  • Headcount reductions inside 72 hours bill as booked.
  • Contracted clients: a cancellation inside 24 hours bills at the 4-hour minimum.

Quality & Standards

How do you vet your team members?

Every team member goes through structured onboarding, and only those who meet our standard are deployed.

  • Background check
  • Skills assessment
  • Uniform inspection
  • Pre-qualification evaluation
What is Captain School?

Our internal leadership program for experienced team members. Captains are the people who run your shift.

  • Three tracks: on-site leadership, event management, client communication.
What does Gold Shield Certified mean?

Gold Shield certifies that our standards, our promises and our four premiums are consistently met under time and tension. It is earned on real shifts and never given at hire.

  • The four premiums: Attitude, Effort, Smile, Appearance.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

We bill per staff member per hour, at rates negotiated for each market. Every way to book is published in dollars on our rates page; contact us for a written quote.

  • Negotiated on local cost of living, local economic conditions, local competitiveness, your volume and contract length.
  • One-year agreement: your market's contracted card. Two-year: $0.50 an hour off every line; exclusive another $0.50; they stack.
  • Existing agreements are honored through their term.
  • One-off bookings carry a 50% deposit; inside 48 hours also a rapid deployment fee (the greater of $150 or 25% of the booked staffing, 40% inside 24 hours, custom for 9 or more people). Contracted clients never pay the fee.
  • No gratuity is included or added unless you ask; on one-off events it is optional and goes 100% to the servers, bartenders and crew who worked, through payroll.
Is there a trial period?

Yes: for the first 90 days of a one-year or two-year agreement you can walk away on 14 days notice and pay only for hours worked. After day 90, either side gives 30 days written notice.

  • On a two-year or exclusive tier, hours billed at the tier step during those 90 days re-bill at the one-year card if you leave; the step is earned by the commitment.
How does the first shift on us work?

Sign a one-year or longer agreement listing two engagements at signing, the first shift and your next paid event, and the first shift is on us. The rules and the codes

  • Sixteen staff hours (up to four staff for up to four hours each) at your market's one-year crew rate; bartender and captain hours bill the difference.
  • At least seven days out, never inside 48 hours or on a holiday.
  • Once per business and its affiliates, once per venue address, W-9 on file.
  • Enter your pricing guide's First Shift code in the request form or the agreement builder.
  • Leave inside the proving period, or skip the second engagement, and it bills at the one-year card.
What is the Premium Social class?

Weddings, galas, fundraisers, estate and private dinners booked per-engagement. It is its own line on your quote.

  • A five-hour minimum and a captain on every one.
  • Per staff hour on top of your market card: crew $1.50, bartenders $3.00, the captain $4.00.
  • Saturdays add $1.00 and hours after midnight $2.00 per staff hour.
  • Agreements for hotels, caterers, venues and institutions are not in this class.
Who will I deal with?

Your coordinator is our CEO. Daryan Wilkinson answers your request personally, sends your written quote, and stays on your booking through the first shift. 770-873-9004.

Do you handle payroll and compliance?

Yes. Our team members are W-2 employees of The Wilkinson Firm, and you receive a single invoice from us.

  • Payroll and tax withholding
  • Workers compensation
  • Employment compliance
How do I sign the agreement and pay?

When your booking is approved, one email arrives from [email protected] with your agreement to sign online.

  • One-off: TWF signs first and you sign last; the same email carries a secure payment link for the 50% deposit and any rapid deployment fee.
  • The clock starts when the agreement is signed by both parties and the payment has arrived.
  • Contracted: you sign first, TWF countersigns after checking your legal name and entity details, and weekly invoices follow with no deposit.
