Most applicants hear back within 48 hours. If you pass the pre-qualification, we will schedule an onboarding session where you complete your background check, receive your uniform, and get your first assignment.

No. Applying is completely free. You will never be charged to join our roster or receive assignments.

Working With TWF

You are a W-2 employee of The Wilkinson Firm. We handle your payroll, taxes, and benefits. You work at our client properties, but we are your employer.

Shifts are assigned based on your availability, rating, skills, and proximity to the property. You set your availability through the team portal. Higher-rated team members get priority on preferred shifts.

Yes. Most of our team members rotate across multiple client properties. This gives you more hours and broader experience. Cross-trained team members who work multiple departments get even more opportunities.

Pay & Benefits

Weekly. Pay is deposited every Friday for the prior week's shifts.

Pay varies by role, rating, and property. Entry-level positions start competitive with market rates, and your rate increases as your star rating improves. Captains earn a premium rate.

Team members who meet hour thresholds have access to benefits including restaurant discounts, gym access, learning credits, referral bonuses, hotel discounts, and wellness resources through our employee perks program.

Growth & Advancement

Every team member is rated after every shift on a 1-3 star scale. Your rating determines your priority for shifts, pay increases, and advancement opportunities. Consistently high-rated team members are invited to Captain School.

Captain School is our leadership development program. It is a three-phase training that prepares you to lead shifts, manage teams on-site, and represent TWF at the highest level. Captains earn higher pay and take on leadership responsibility.

Yes. Our career resources include resume rewriting, career coaching, mock interviews, and full-time placement assistance. Many of our team members transition into permanent roles at client properties.
